About Waveform Technology

Waveform Technology started in 1992; back then we designed and installed commercial sound reinforcement in venues such as schools and churches. This experience led us to wiring computer networks and by 1994 we were installing and maintaining the first Internet connections to many of the private schools in the Detroit area. We bought our first T1 at this time and sold 64k DDS circuits to our customers.

We expanded as an Internet service provider throughout the 90’s, supplying T1, DS3, ISDN, and dial up connections. At the time we also provided web hosting and a great deal of onsite consulting, wiring, and network installation.  Waveform started offering colocation services in 1998.
